A new user was created successfully on the Ondemand Portal (ODUM), however when trying to associate it to an application or make an update to the user, the following message is displayed.
You have entered invalid data. Please try again.
Authentication with downstream application failed .
There is an authentication failure between ODUM and Clarity PPM.
The problem is caused one or more of the following conditions:
1. User "[email protected]" is available in Clarity PPM and is not locked.
2. WSDL connectivity issue where WSDL calls fail between ondemand portal and PPM.
