Help for the IMSREGNS Status column values (as well as any column on any display) can be gotten by putting your cursor under the column heading and hitting PF1.
In the case of the Status column:
Help for the Status of WAIT_SBMPENQ reads as: WAIT_ Wait in module/csect where csect name is the entry point where the IWAIT was initiated.
Help for the Status of ACTIVE_CS99JHID reads as: ACTIVE_ for Type Dbt (CICS DBCTL region) Active in jobname (CS99JHID) reveals that the PSB LOAD IWAIT has been satisfied.
