Issue/Introduction
Cust reported that a session with an application (called CICSA) ended in
sense 0821.
He also commented--upon case open time--that they saw this message
in some manual but their staff checked it and their CICS was OK:
SENSE-0821 is used by CICS when a terminal cannot be auto
installed because no TERMINAL and TYPETERM definitions
have been defined that match the VTAM logon mode table
entry that was used to start a session.

We have resolved the access problem to CICSA. CICSA was using
terminals with the same names that TPX wanted to allocate. Cust
changed on VTAM to a different name--this way TPX started to
use this new name and the conflict ended with CICSA.
