GetToken error when trying to view files on TLMS tape

Issue/Introduction

We are getting this error when trying to view files on tape in the Web Client (Vantage Storage Point) or the Windows Client:   

GetToken Failed. Run DSKTLMSU.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Resolution

The script DSKTLMSU must run again. It goes to submit the JCL TLMSDSKU which creates the TOKEN for the view.
Then from the view which fails, force the script to run by selecting it from the Action menu. Once it ends you will get the data back.
The script will thus populate the 2 TLMS views for Volume and Files.
Be sure that the JCL TLMSDSKU runs on the same LPAR where the Vantage STC is running. Code the /*JOBPARM SYSAFF= card to force this when running in a Sysplex.
