Rally: The search for artifacts in closed projects does not bring back an item

Issue/Introduction

Why when searching for an artifact which is known to exist in a workspace the search engine does not return the artifact under the tabs 'In Open Projects', 'In Recycle Bin', or 'In Closed Projects'?

Resolution

The artifact is both in the recycle bin AND in a closed project.  In this case the project needs to be reopened.

After opening the project the item will show up in the recycle bin.
