Unload failing with C1R0007E

Issue/Introduction

When running an UNLOAD against my Endevor Environment and recently adding types with USS Base files. A RC=12 is issued with the following error message:

C1G0000I PATH /endevor/dev/stg2/base/
C1R0007E ALLOCATION OF BASE FILE FOR TYPE USS FAILED
C1G0000I ELEMENT LOANACCT

Environment

Release: All 

Resolution

The UNLOAD must run on the LPAR where the USS Files exists.
