CA-OM Web Viewer has no Save As from interface

Users complaining that they cannot do a Save As from interface.

Resolution

That is sort of correct. When you are in the Web Viewer and click the Save Action, you get a Save Options dialog (letting you choose the format you want to save in - like Text or .PDF) that does NOT include a "Save As" option where you can change the output file name. However, when the user clicks the OK button, Web Viewer sends the Save request to Windows and it is the subsequent Windows dialog box that affords the user a "Save As" option to change the output file name.
