Does the Limit Message Size Assertion override the cluster-wide property io.xmlPartMaxBytes?

Resolution

The Limit Message Size assertion will not override the io.xmlPartMaxBytes cluster property. The size specified in the cluster wide property is the max setting for the message size. 

The maximum size limit for this assertion should be within the size limit specified for the cluster-wide property. Here is the document reference for the size limit:

The size limit entered here lets you set a stricter limit within the maximum set in the cluster-wide property io.xmlPartMaxBytes.
