hub get queue use bulksize of 1

Issue/Introduction

hub get queue is using bulksize of 1, even though it was properly configured to use "default" bulksize.
(*) default bulksize is 100 in this case.

Environment

Any hub version except for 7.96 or 7.97
get queue is connected to attach queue over tunnel connection.
(*) This problem does not occur when get queue is connected to attach queue over non-tunnel.

Resolution

Fixed with hub 7.96
