Issue/Introduction

Currently at z/OS 2.3 and have CA ACF2 r16 PTF RO96905 implemented to support
eight-character TSO userids.  Encountering the following message when trying to
logon with an eight-character TSO ID:

ACF82908  ACF2, LOGONID TOO LONG

Reason:  
You entered a logonid that is longer than the maximum length.

Resolution

Resolution was to add LOGON USERIDMAX(8) to SYSx.PARMLIB member IKJTSOxx.
