PAMSC 14: not start on Solaris

Issue/Introduction

PAMSC 14 on Solaris failed to start with following:

grep: RE error 41: No remembered search string.
SEOS_load: Executing un/load exit file, /opt/CA/PAMSC/exits/LOAD/SEOS_load_int.always -pre

Environment

PAMSC 14.0, 14.1 / Solaris

Cause

This happens only on Japanese environment, not on English environment.
SEOS_load failed to obtain version number in Japanese environment.

Resolution

This is fixed by testfix:
PAMSC 14.0:
acpatch-DE333292-14.01.0.333-_SOLARIS.zip
PAMSC 14.1:
acpatch-DE388519-14.10.0.1132-_SOLARIS.zip
