Informatica Job stuck in "READY" state

Issue/Introduction

After installing Informatica plugin on agent, job is stuck in READY state.

Environment

RHEL 7
Informatica Power Center 10.x
Oracle DB

Cause

There are some missing libraries that were not copied over from the Informatica server/bin directory into the agent installation directory.

Resolution

Ensure that the following libraries are copied from the server/bin directory of Informatica server to the agent install directory:

• libACE_SSL.so.6.3.3
• libkam.so
• libpmdetector.so
• libpmfbopenssl.so
• libcom_err.so.3
