Message WARP086I means that the system PC (program call) TIME Service routine number is not X’00000321’ as expected, therefore Date Simulator thinks there is another product that is using the Time Service routine running on the system and will not initialize.
To determine the value in the system function table that normally represents the Time service routine, I will need an SVC dump, however, even with this information, I may not know what replaced it but I can give it a try. Please do the following to get an SVC dump:
Enter command: DUMP TITLE=‘DUMP MASTER’
The system will display the following message:
IEE094D SPECIFY OPERAND(S) FOR DUMP COMMAND
Respond with the following:
SDATA=(PSA,CSA,LPA,LSQA,ALLNUC,SQA,SWA,TRT),END
Please send the SVC dump.
