How to retain SLI statements on restart

Issue/Introduction

I have jobs that contain       $$     SLI    xxxxxx.  When I restart a job by jobstep, these are not saved.  Is there a way to retain these?

Yes, set Retain POWER RDR and SLI statements upon RESTART to yes in Global Configuration Options

 

From the PCS Main meun select

O   Configuration Options then

G    Global Configuration Options

Set this to Y

N   Retain POWER RDR and SLI statements upon RESTART

Additional Information

Review the other RESTART options and set to Y as needed

 

Retain POWER JOB statements upon RESTART      

Retain POWER LST statements upon RESTART      

Retain POWER PUN statements upon RESTART
