All events are staying in RUN status after upgrade

Resolution

1. Make sure JCLXCU started properly during BG INIT

2. Make sure JCLSCHED started properly in the PID

3. Make sure the CPU ID is correct for the events for this field Event CPUid ===> nnnnnnn

Additional Information

If you use CPUID Synonyms & Nodes for the CPUID so that a Synonym "PROD" will be used in place of the numeric CPUID make sure this is correct
