Addressing slow response from Jasper CABI 6.2 Web Console (Studio)

Issue/Introduction
In some environments integrated with Jasper CABI 6.2 the Web console (AKA Jasper Studio) reacts slow to all activities.
Why does the login to Jaspersoft console take so long? Other actions post login also takes long time for the screen item to load. What is the reason for that?
Environment
CA Jaspersoft 6.2 (CABI 6.2)
Resolution
Some problems were found on this release with the CA Theme which is provided in this version and set as default. These problems were addressed in the later release CABI 6.3
To resolve this problem, please set the theme to Jasper 'default' theme.
To switch from the default 'ca_theme', after login go to View --> Repository --> Themes --> right click on 'default' --> Click on “Set as Active Theme”.
