CA PIM 12.8: SpecialPGM not effective

Issue/Introduction

The logical user association of specialpgm (seosuid) doesn't work even after restarting the program.
 

Environment

PIM 12.8 / RHEL6.5
 

Cause

This happens if inode for the program is changed.

Resolution

This can be resolved by restarting PIM or recreating specialpgm rule.
The inode of the specialpgm program that PIM holds can be viewed via 'secons -kt 1'.
