News messages in CA Service Catalog are set using Business Units, IDs and Roles. There are situations where the Administrator wants to see and monitor all new messages. This is not possible from the Application and can be done from Database level.
Where are news messages stored in CA Service Catalog?

The messages are stored in the usm_news table.
Important columns:
message column: It will show the text of the news message.
source_name column: It will show the user who created the news message.
tenant_id: It will show the Business Unit selected to show the news message.
importance: It will show the importance selected when creating the news message.
