Reprint a report with original Banner and distribution pages

Is there a way to reprint a report with the original banner page and distribution information?

From the CA View Sysout Selection List panel use Selection Option J on the report you wish to print.
This takes you to the CA Deliver Reprint Attributes panel, 

You then enter a D, for D - Distribution specifications.
If you do not enter the D, you will print the report only with your ID.

Entering the D on the command line takes you to CA Deliver Reprint Attributes panel.
You will see a list of the Distid's for the report. 

You can leave the selection option: Print All Distids ===> Y ... as a "Y" or change it to a "N".

If 'Y' is specified, then the report will be printed without regard for the Distid 'OUT' indicator. 
When 'N' is specified, the report will print only to Distid's that have the value OUT='Y'.
Then, press [Enter], followed by [F3].
This will put you back on the CA Deliver Reprint Attributes panel.

Under the Print Attributes options you will see: Banner ===> DEFAULT.
You can change the value to any CA View or CA Deliver defined Banner name.
You can also modify any other Print Attributes at this time.
When completed, press [Enter].

If there are multiple View ID's you can select which ones to print.
Pressing [Enter], will take you back to the Sysout Selection panel, and will show (in the top-right screen corner) "JCL created".
On the command line, type SUB (to see the jobcard to go with the job), and submit the print job, 

All the Distid's will have their Banner pages printed.
