API Gateway: "The policy manager encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete the operation" in logs

Issue/Introduction

When I open the logs from the policy manager, the following error shows up
"The policy manager encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete the operation."

Environment

All supported versions of the API Gateway

Resolution

If there is a mismatch between the policy manager and gateway, this error shows up. Please ensure both are using the same version. 

The gateway version can be viewed in the policy manager.

The Policy Manager version can be viewed in the following location in Policy Manager

The following warning message may show up if there is a mismatch.
