Issue/Introduction
Cust e-mailed us that a previous case resolved the problem for screens
TBP0041 and TBP0125 via SO05454. But all HELP (PF1) screens (e.g.
HBP0041) have accentuation errors.
It also happens for admin TPXADMIN: The screens have accentuation
problems such as the ones on TBPV000.

Resolution
