UVC displays wrong time after DST

Issue/Introduction

When doing a New Run, or relaunching a Job Run, when the summer or winter daylight saving time (DST) occurs, the default calculated time for job displayed in UVC is not the updated one.
This only occurs if UVC was opened while the DST change occurs.

Environment

Univiewer Console 6

Cause

UVC's default time calculation was not updated to follow the time shift.

Resolution

Workaround: stop and start Univiewer Console so that the time is updated.

Solution: upgrade Univiewer Console to version 6.9.61 or superior.
