Issue/Introduction
The IMOD is called SCM_LISTCONS that runs in GSS as part of the System Condition Monitor.
The IMOD issues the LISTCONS command. This is what triggered an S077 abend, reason code x'0B04'.
The error occurred in a console service request.
IEAVQ702 service return code/reason code either. IEAVQ702 is a PC for Console processing.
Reason codes in the range x'0400' thru 'x3FFF' are documented as 'IBM internal use only'.
LISTCONS uses a documented service called IEEQEMCS to return information about the EMCS consoles.

Resolution
Apply IBM has APAR OA56527 which provides a fix for this ABEND077 abend.
Or set the LISTCONS command to execute at an increased interval value.as a workaround.
