DEVTEST VS Capacity updated in Portal but not in .mar file

Issue/Introduction

Have a VSE in performance mode.

For some VS, capacity has been increased.

When downloading .mar file from the Portal and re-creating a project in the workstation, the capacity in the .mari file is the initial one (not the last updated).

Is this the expected behavior ? 

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

Portal only operates with settings related to current VS run. 

Resolution

Working as design. 

Use the Workstation to change capacity settings permanently.
