Not able to change passphrase from password at the TPX TEN1003 sign on panel

Issue/Introduction

I am testing the Passphrase changes and I am receiving a message that the password change canceled due to password verification failure at the TPX TEN1003 panel.sign on panel.

Environment

TPX V5.4
Password Phrase

Resolution

There is a restriction in TPX with changing an eight digit password to a password phrase.
The valid combination are:

• A valid user ID and MFA/AAM code (RSA token and PIN combination)
• A valid user ID and password phrase combination.
• A valid user ID and password combination
• A valid password phrase and new password phrase.
• A valid password and new password.
