Issue/Introduction

The following error is received when running a Health Check:

HZS1002E CHECK(CA_OPSMVS,OPSMVS_PARM_PROCBLK@OPSMVS): AN ERROR OCCURRED, DIAG: 00000000_00000000

Resolution

In addition to the Health Check error, when the following error appears:

 OPS1045I ERROR 45 RUNNING *DYNAMIC.OPHCRULE, LINE 245: NO DATA SPECIFIED ON FUNCTION RETURN

 . See if there is a OPS/REXX member named OPSPARM or OPSPRM in the SYSEXEC concatenation of the OPSMAIN started task.
 . Removing this member will solve the problem, as the function will then be resolved from the load library.

If, after removing the member, the problem persists, there should then be a restart of OPS, using:

 F OPSS,RESTART(HCS)
