Issue/Introduction

Using BMC/Compuware's Topaz Workbench, when attempting to ADD and GENERATE an element, a S0C4 occurs in Endevor module NDVRC1 in the Topaz STC.

Cause

Dump shows that it is expected for BC1PSRVA to run amode24. It swaps to amode 31 when needed.

Normally, RACF ACEE's reside below the line UNLESS the caller of the RACROUTE REQUEST=VERIFY,ENVIR=CREATE which creates the ACEE explicitly (or implicitly) requests it to reside above the line.

The vendor STC creates ACEE's above the line which we don't support, although nowadays IBM documents that ACEE's "may" reside above the line.

Please contact BMC/Compuware for the available PTF to resolve this issue.
