Why if one of the XITn is coded in the TMOOPTnn and the module doesn't exist, or is not loaded, TMSINIT get a U0006 abend on TMSINIT

Resolution

This behavior of CA1 has been changed with RO96979 - 

If a resident exit (TMOOPTxx options starting with XITx) cannot be loaded,
 TMSINIT will now abend with a U0006 abend just as if the parameter had been
 in error.
 
 SYMPTOMS:
 If a resident exit cannot be loaded, processing may not work as expected.
 
 IMPACT:
 A desired exit is not loaded.
 
 CIRCUMVENTION:
 Review the output from TMSINIT in detail to see that resident exits are
 being loaded.
