Unable to add user to Idea Manager

Issue/Introduction

If users register for an idea site and are unable to be added to a group by an administrator please verify the screen name is filled out. 

Resolution

In the registration screen, Users will need to fill out screen name and password and any profile fields.  The screen name field cannot be blank.
