Issue/Introduction
We want to give the Master access to OMVS and receiving:
TSS1630E Not Authorized to Administrate UID(0)

Resolution
You cannot give the MSCA a UID.
MSCA owns UID(0), therefore cannot be added UID.
MSCA ACID can not be used to sign on to OMVS.
Recommended client's to use another ACID, SCA for example.
UID(0) is valid only for the following acid types: SCA, ZCA, VCA, DCA, or USER.
