Web Viewer 12.1 CAHASOK05 Failure on Remote Host User not Authorized

Issue/Introduction

A User is Receiving CAHASOK05 Failure on Remote Host User not Authorized when Selecting a Report with CA Output Management Web Viewer.  Users can access reports in CA VIEW, but not in Web Viewer

Cause

The custom SARUSDUX exit was removed without implementing new security resource rules and without replacing both the custom SARSECUX and SARUSDUX exits with the default sarsecux and sarusdux exits.

 

Resolution

Restore the Custom SARUSDUX until ready to implement new security resource rules. After new security resource rules are implemented, both the custom SARSECUX and SARUSDUX exits will need to be replaced with the default sarsecux and sarusdux exits.
