On 12.2 MTC-NM the field Resource Class on an alert = blanks. L2
commented that it looked like several columns didn’t work.

Product bug. The MTC-NM Alert Monitor did not display correct
information for Resource ID--Resource Type--Resource Class.

L2 raised SO05907 was applied--it successfully resolved the problem.
