Issue/Introduction

Java Agent connection refused to SSL enabled Broker when connecting from app server.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

Firewall issue.

Resolution

Verify that :
- Agent Machine is sending the transactions through the Broker address 
-DevTest Machine is getting the transaction and not firewall issues.
-Agent can send SSL info to Broker and vice versa.  And, Nothing is blocking the SSL protocol.
