To avoid message "DMSSLG278E Unable to set requested language  AMENG; AMENG forced." during CA VM:Archiver initialization,  add the following record to the PROFILE EXEC before the  'EXEC PROFRUN' record: 

 'SEGMENT RESERVE NLSAMENG'
