Spectrum Online Backup fails - 0x10903 general failure caused by left over tmpdir

Issue/Introduction

The Spectrum Online Backup fails with the following two Events/Alarms on the OnLineBackup model:

Component: SPCCSS - SpectroSERVER Core

Cause

Check for a left over "tmpdir" in the directory where the backup files are saved during an Online Backup process. The following is an example:

drwxr-xr-x  2 spectrum  spectrum  3 Nov  7 12:33 db_20181107_1233.SSdb.tmpdir

Resolution

Remove any left over "tmpdir" directories in the directory where the backup files are saved during an Online Backup.
