Is it possible to share the CA Dynam for z/VSE catalog (CAICATL) between different CA Dynam for z/VSE releases or do we have to expect any kind of problems ?

Resolution
It is not recommended as unexpected as sharing the catalog can result in errors.
With new releases of CA Dynam for z/VSE new fields will be available in the catalog (CAICATL) which are not supported by previous releases.
