Can SC00TRAN be new copied into CICS or must the CICS region be cycled?

Resolution

Starting with CA IPC 15.1 and CA Ideal 15.1 SC00TRAN can be new copied into CICS. 

Both products provide this enhancement via PTFs: 

IPC     15.1 PTF RO89677

IPC     15.1 PTF RO89985 

IDEAL 15.1 PTF RO89816

Prior to version 15.1, a cycle of CICS is required.
