I am starting DCD for the first time and getting SQLCODE=-551 DCD0001E - Failed to get all categories ERROR=Failed to get all categories, what causes these errors?

Resolution

The -551 is 'user does not have privilege to perform operation' which can be caused by missing DB2 GRANTs.

There are several DB2 GRANT jobs that must be run as part of the DCD configuration. Jobs FEYSQLJG and  FEYSQLG1 are part of the initial configuration jobs. Job FEYSQLG3 is part of the required configuration jobs for the DCD Incremental 3 PTF RO91658.
