IDash CLI not generating reports

Issue/Introduction

Unable to generate an IDash report using the iDash CLI (Command Line Interface).

Why is the iDash CLI not able to generate a report? 
Instead, a message is generated:
Primary server url is empty and has to be specified in the idash config file 

 

Environment

Release:
Component: AEIDSH

Resolution

The $IDASH_HOME/etc/idash.config file did not have the correct permissions. This file must have read permission by the user running the CLI command(s).
