Issue/Introduction

When an administrator tries to add some custom events in a service type, the events that were prepared don't show up in the search list.  what kind of events can be used in service type?

Environment

Service Desk/CMDB 11.2, 12.7, 12.9, 14.1 and higher on Windows and Unix/Linux OS

Resolution

Only events with "allow time resetting" flag set can be used in service type. Therefore, if you have some events you would like to add to a service type, you would need to make sure this flag is set.
