Starting Cleanup before CAS9 during IPL. Is CAS9 required for the LMP key check?

Resolution

CAS9 is not required to be up for the LMP key check to occur.

There is a minor LMP check during Cleanup startup.

The major LMP key check is done when you run the Cleanup Reports.
