Issue/Introduction
Can a library that encounters an E37 error when having members added to it be compressed without affecting the started tasks SARSTC and SARXMS?

Resolution
As the CAIOPTN dataset could not be COMPRESSed without affecting the SARSTC and SARXMS tasks, the client did the following:
. Create a new, larger library from the one that ran out of space.
. Update the SARSTC and SARXMS tasks, to reflect the new library name.
. Recycle SARXMS (P SARXMS, S SARXMS).
. Recycle SARSTC (P SARSTC, S SARSTC).
. Create a new, larger library from the one that ran out of space.
. Update the SARSTC and SARXMS tasks, to reflect the new library name.
. Recycle SARXMS (P SARXMS, S SARXMS).
. Recycle SARSTC (P SARSTC, S SARSTC).
