Review of the dump shows subpool 241 key 0 has 1442 ENV OBJECTs that are not being freed. Of the 1442 ENV OBJECTS, 843 are for the same user. CA Top Secret creates the ENV object on the request from the application. It is the responsibility of the application to free the object when it is finished. Check with the application vendor to determine why the object is not being freed when it is finished.
