1. on the DS perform the Post-Installation Tasks

2. on the ENTM and DS remove the RC4 algorithm

3. on the DS
-    Navigate to <INSTALL_DIR>\AccessControlDistServer\ACMQ\tibco\cfgmgmt\ems\data.
-    Open queues.conf and search for the following text:
queue/audit

this entry should not contain ENTM server name. ie it should look like
queue/audit secure,global
