Test Settings Button on Add JMS Destination Tab Greyed Out

Issue/Introduction
We are trying to establish connection to one of the JMS providers (Tibco EMS). We have copied all the required jar from the Tibco EMS installation to the opt/SecureSpan/Gateway/runtime/lib/ext directory.
However, when we are trying to add a JMS destination in Policy Manager via Tasks > Transports > Manage JMS Destination > Add, the "Test Settings" button is greyed out.

Cause
Some of the mandatory fields were not filled in.
Resolution
The following fields are mandatory to be filled in, in order to activate the Test Settings button:
1) Basics tab > Name
2) JNDI tab > Initial Context Factory class name and JNDI URL
3) Destination Tab > Connection Factory Name and Destination Name
