Question on IEAFIXnn

Issue/Introduction

I am in the process of migrating CA Top Secret r16 to production and was looking at members that need to be updated . I found member IEAFIXnn in SYS1.PARMLIB that had been updated for r15. I did not remember seeing this member in the install documentation so i rechecked the documentation and could not found any reference for IEAFIXnn. Is the updating of Top Secret in IEAFIXnn now obsolete and should any reference to Top Secret be removed from IEAFIXnn?

I did not find anything in my searches either so I asked SE and they looked into our SYS1.PARMLIB and there it was:
