DUAS: EEP crashes "Unable to get launch variables for numproc"

Issue/Introduction

EEP process crashes after the waiting for a present of a resource with variables.
The following kind of errors appear in universe.log when the crash occurs:

Environment

Version: 6.x

Component: Dollar Universe Application Server (DUAS Node)

Cause

The crash is a consequence of the purge of a Launch with some variables in 'Event Wait' status. 
The purge is launched at the same time of the ressource check cycle.
The purge command (command %UNI_DIR_EXEC%\uxdlt FLA UPR=* MU=* NSEQ=* SES=* STATUS=W).

Resolution

Upgrade Dollar Universe Node to version 6.9.01 or superior.
