Issue/Introduction

When running UUCP, we receive the following error message:

uucp Does not have a UID value in the security data base.
Please correct and resubmit.

CPPEMFS completed with Return Code 12

The user has a UID.

A complete OMVS segment is needed.

UID, GROUP, DFLTGRP and HOME are the minimum OMVS segments that are required.
