18.1 GA - Export to Excel results in invalid format error

Issue/Introduction

When exporting results from the Admin Console on any screen to an Excel file (xls), we get the following message: The file format and extension of [File] don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?
We can usually open it anyway by clicking yes.

Cause

MDM 18.1

Resolution

Defect in third party plugin. Broadcom cannot upgrade that plugin without a cost and without risk to the UI elsewhere. The export still works fine, just an annoying error
