How to create a list of all device models in Spectrum to include the value of the serial number

Resolution

1. Log into OneClick

2. Click on the Locater tab in the Navigation panel

3. Run the Devices -> All Devices search

4. Click on the Results tab in the Contents panel

5. Right mouse click on any column header and check the Serial Number check box then click on the OK button

The serial number (if populated) will now be displayed for each entry in the Results tab
